Oceanview Plaza Sells for $5.9 Million

Oceanview Plaza, the 25,386-square-foot medical office building at 2420 Vista Way in Oceanside 92054, and an adjacent 41,818-square-foot vacant lot fronting on Ivy Road, have been sold for $5,925,000.

 
The buyer was Trollman Properties LLC, represented by Lee Suryani and Bo Gibbons of Pacific Coast Commercial.


The seller of the property was Oceanview Plaza Investors LLC, represented by John Hoffman, Travis Ives and Amy McNamara of Cushman & Wakefield.


Escrow services provided by Janine Hudson of First American Title Company, and title services provided by Vince Tocco and Linda Slavik also of First American Title Company.
 

The two-story building was built in 1988 on a 1.1-acre lot and includes secured underground parking.
 

Current tenants in the building include a variety of medical and dental practices, the Department of Homeland Security, the Healthcare Academy of California and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (3,907 square feet for 36 months at $188,100.
 

In late 2005, the property was sold for $3.9 million, financed with a loan of $2,665,000 from 1st Pacific Bank of California.
