Vince Provenzano Joins Partnership of Pacific Coast Commercial
At Pacific Coast Commercial, we are proud to announce
“We are proud to welcome Vince into the
partnership as the newest shareholder in our Corporation. Since Vince assumed
his role as President of our Brokerage Division in June of 2011, Pacific
Coast Commercial has set new internal Sales and Leasing records for each of
the past three years. Through his unique leadership style and high
energy approach to the industry, Pacific Coast Commercial is moving up
through the ranks of the elite Brokerage Houses here in San Diego County and
others are taking notice. We look forward to a long and prosperous
future together.” sites Robert Phillips, President and CEO of Pacific Coast
Commercial.
"The synergy
created between the 28 Sales & Leasing associates, and the in-house Property
Management division is more advantageous then I would have ever imagined. Being
a part of one of the largest commercial property management companies in San Diego offers many
opportunities from a sales & leasing perspective. We have over 1,100
current tenants in over 5.1 million square feet of commercial space here in Southern
California. The company from brokerage to management is constantly focused on
maximizing value for tenants, investors, and property owners”, adds Provenzano.
In the 16 years prior to joining Pacific Coast Commercial, Vince was the
Managing Director of NAI
San Diego, and President of Award Commercial Properties.
In addition to his daily sales management responsibilities of
the brokerage division, Vince is still a “Deal Junky” and works with many different
agents within the company. He specializes in business relationships involving
the disposition and acquisition of most commercial property types, as well as
associations within the bank owned arena. “Staying involved in production keeps me sharp and abreast of current
market conditions…It also gives me the opportunity to assist and train our
brokers on the way to winning their client’s confidence and satisfaction”,
remarks the new President of Brokerage.
