NEW EXPANSION IN LOS ANGELES
Our
portfolio of managed properties has now reached a level that required us
to open an office in the Los Angeles area.
As of May 1, 2014 we have new
offices at:
292 S. La Cienega Blvd, Suite #208,
Beverly Hills, CA 90211
We just
received the assignment to manage a (6) Property Portfolio - approx.
171,000 SF combination of office and multi-tenant residential properties
located in Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Los Angeles.
In addition
to this new portfolio we are managing assets in the areas of: Chatsworth,
Sylmar, Long Beach, Santa Clarita and Bakersfield.
