Chuck Hoffman, of ACI Apartments, represented the seller of the eight residential units in Linda Vista at 6561-6575 Tait St., San Diego 92111.

 

Mack Langston, of Pacific Coast Commercial, represented the buyer. Escrow services were provided by Teresa McElaney, of Chicago Title Company. Title services were provided by Jamie Nalley, also of Chicago Title. 

The property consisted of a four-plex and two duplexes, and sold for $1.35 million, cash. 

The buyer was LREV OF II LLC, c/o Legacy Real Estate Ventures LLC of San Diego. 

The seller was Mary Jane Ann Klein, successor trustee under Trust B of the Quapp Family Trust.
