COMMERCIAL MIX USE CENTER SOLD IN GRANTVILLE | FRIARS-RIVERDALE CENTER

Friars-Riverdale, Ltd, represented by Brian Crepeau and Icela Galaz-Wittkopp of Pacific Coast Commercial, has sold the 32,696 square foot multi-tenant commercial land leased investment located at 10383-01397 Friars Road, San Diego, CA 92120 to Lai Family, LP, represented by Judy B. Chou Hsieh of Greater Realty, Inc. 

 

The property was purchased for $2,800,000.  Escrow Services were provided by Renee Marshall of Chicago Title Company.  Title Services were provided by Ken Cyr also of Chicago Title Company. 

 

Friars-Riverdale Center was 100% leased with a mix of Retail, Office and Full Service Car Wash operation at the time of the sale.
