San Diego, CA - (Date 8/19/2015) – The approximately 24,526 square foot industrial building (APN: 317-280-70-00) located at 12305 Crosthwaite Circle, Poway, CA 92064 has sold for $3,325,000 ($135.57/SF). 

The 2-Story Light Industrial zoned building included 6,496 SF of office space, 5 grade level doors, one dock high level door and 22’ clear height warehouse space on an approximately 1.8 acre fenced and secure lot. 

The seller, 12305 Crosthwaite, LLC, has expanded their millwork manufacturing company to a larger facility purchased through a 1031 exchange.  The buyers, Atomic Investments, Inc. and Muirlands Investments, LLC, have purchased this property as an investment.  

The Seller, 12305 Crosthwaite, LLC was represented by Vince Provenzano and Shirley Kanamu of Pacific Coast Commercial.  The Buyers, Atomic Investments, Inc. and Muirlands Investments, LLC, were represented by Brian Mulvaney and Josh West of Voit Real Estate Services.
