PAE Professional Services coming to Sommerset Plaza

The 8,000 square foot RETAIL space located at 1655 Broadway, Chula Vista has been leased to PAE Professional Services, Inc., for 60 months with a total lease consideration of $528,000.

Landlord was represented by Brian Crepeau, Icela A. Wittkopp, and Blanche Macdonald of Pacific Coast Commercial and Tenant was represented by Randall Wood of Jones Lang LaSalle.

  

Sommerset Plaza is a 106,000 square foot Retail Strip Center in South San Diego which had an occupancy below 68%. Brian Crepeau, Icela A. Wittkopp, and Blanche Macdonald of Pacific Coast Commercial have closed 5 transactions leasing 21,524 square feet, bringing the occupancy of the center to 87%. With more deals in progress, the goal is to have a 100% occupancy achieved by the end of the year.
