Baja Challenge 2015 was another great Success!
At Pacific Coast Commercial, we pride ourselves on giving back to the
community. Our involvement with the Annual Baja Challenge helps us assist
those less fortunate is a big way!
In addition to our fundraising for the building materials, the principals, staff and friends of Pacific Coast Commercial traveled to Tijuana on Saturday, October 3rd to build the house themselves. At the end of the day the keys were handed to a very appreciative family of five.
The Baja Challenge is the San Diego County Commercial Association
of Realtors and the San Diego Chapter of NAIOP, along with Project Mercy, a
non-profit organization, coordinating the construction of small houses in the
poorer area of (Tijuana) Colonia Sonora, just south of Otay Mesa.

“The
2015 Baja Challenge was our 8th year building for Project
Mercy. HUGE thanks to Ryan Holmes and Accel Framing for supporting us
with the crew, as well as all of the sponsors who donated over $4,000 to help a
family in need. I work with and am friends with some awesome people who
give up one of their Saturdays to help others to provide a family a home along
with donations of blankets, food, clothing and supplies. Our team was
amazing! Looking forward to 2016.” – Jay Jackson
Pacific
Coast Commercial would like to thank the following organizations for their
