AnaLou, LLC has acquired a 17,851 SF Industrial Building in Chula Vista for $2.2 Million Dollars.

The Seller of the property was Martha Barba Revocable Trust represented by Maria Toscano & Vince Provenzano  of Pacific Coast Commercial.

The Buyer was represented by Nicholas Biancamano of Pacifica Enterprises.

Escrow & Title provided by Fidelity National Title and Financing by Chase Bank.

1960 Frontage Road was purchased by Mr. Diaz in 1998. At the time it housed KSWB channel 69. In 1999 it became the studios for 5 radio stations including Califormula, Radio Latina, X99 Fiesta Mexicana, Jamin Z 90.3, Hot Country and Exilency 104.9. Mr. Diaz also had a private art studio, International Institute of Photographic Art, Which Included over 1000 Photographs. Photographers from all over the US and Mexico would come to see his collection. Most of the collection was donated to San Diego Museum of Art, USD and the Kentucky Derby Museum.
