JSWH, LLC has acquired a 7,160 SF Industrial Building in San Marcos for $871,000. 

The Seller of the property was Roy & Jill Kuhlmeyer Trust represented Jeff Davies of Pacific Coast Commercial.

The Buyer was also represented by Jeff Davies of Pacific Coast Commercial.  

Escrow was provided by Quality, Escrow was provided by Fidelity National Title and Financing by Chase Bank.

The Seller was a single Tenant owner user and manufacture of spa covers since 1992. Buyer will occupy half the space and lease the additional space. New owner is an internet distribution Company.
