Pacific Coast Commercials Dedication to Local Community Involvement
Local Community Involvement
University of San Diego Burnham-Moores Real Estate Society
It is Pacific Coast Commercials dedication to participate in the local community, ranging from charitable causes, supporting development, pro-political redevelopment districts, or promoting the integrity of our city while building client relationships.
Vince Provenzano, President of Brokerage, attended the University of San Diego's 16th annual real estate career expo on Tuesday April 10th. The event consisted of a speed-networking format, enabling students to participate in 10 rounds of six-minute long informational interviews. After the last round, students had the opportunity to network with companies they may have not gotten the chance to meet or to spend additional time with those whom interested them. "Real estate isn't just about location. It's about relationships...It is all part of University of San Diego's mission to provide students with cutting-edge real estate insights, from thought leadership to hands-on showcases of emerging global trends." Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate.
Pacific Coast Commercial is a strong advocate for community networking as well as engaging in future leaders development and mentoring programs. An abundance of our Associates belong to NAIOP groups and educational programs. Through this dedication, our President of Brokerage, Mr Provenzano, also takes the lead as a mentor for 17 Real Estate professionals in the developing leaders program at NAIOP.
Pacific Coast Commercial believes in offering local market expertise, individual services and in-depth analysis of the community and market. Whether we are attending networking events, community board meetings, participating in mentoring programs, or meeting new professionals in the industry for a coffee, Pacific Coast Commercial is your dedicated neighbor and local partner.
