Local commercial real estate company Pacific Coast Commercial has acquired the property at 10721 Treena Street in the Scripps Highlands submarket.

Pacific Coast will occupy the entirety of the second floor of the property with the current building tenant, AUSGAR Technologies, Inc. signing a lease for the full first floor.
Pacific Coast’s broker, Erik Anderson stated, “this property offered PCC everything it was looking for; a well located building directly off of the 15, abundant nearby amenities, room to grow from the company’s previous footprint and a strong local tenant occupying the remainder of the property.”

Pacific Coast Commercial is one of the largest independently owned full-service real estate companies in San Diego offering sales, leasing and property management. This property will serve as Pacific Coast’s sole headquarters.
