Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate 23Rd Annual Real Estate Conference

On March 28, 2019, Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate (BMC) hosted their 23rd Annual Real Estate Conference at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. The event was attended by nearly 600 real estate industry professionals, USD real estate students and alumni.

The conference included panel discussions about land use along the creative coast, opportunity zones, new technologies and their real estate impacts.

The guest speakers incorporated a wonderful mix of conversation about the change and obstacles happening in our region regarding land and community planning, as well as growth and opportunities.

Ken Robak, Vice President of Brokerage at Pacific Coast Commercial and USD alumni was in attendance of the event on Thursday. Ken is an active supporter of the real estate center, with a goal to facilitate and promote the growth of our future industry leaders, as well as improving client business opportunities for San Diego commercial real estate.

The mission of the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate (BMC) is to help recruit, educate and mentor real estate students with the goal of facilitating their career pursuits in a socially responsible manner, with a global perspective and in collaboration with the real estate industry.
