YU CHIN (“JIN”) KWAK has joined Pacific Coast Commercial as a Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Specialist. 

 

Jin’s extensive background in accounting and real estate makes her the perfect candidate for detailed lease interpretation for CAM purposes. 

Reconciling CAM can be a complex process and having a person like Jin focusing on this process will bring a valuable service to our firm. 

 

Jin has worked for corporations around the world and locally for the Alessio Investment Company, former owner of the Mr. A’s building.
