In early 2011, Project Doctor leased 21,100 square feet in the building for 60 months at $1.2 million.
The building is one of four in the Stowe Technology Center at 13820-13880 Stowe Drive. In late 1998, the building at 13880 was sold for $1,170,250. At that time, the building was under a 26-year leasehold to Delta Custom Box and Die Cutting Co.
