Blossom Valley Business park- Sold $5,000,000

San Diego, CA, November 24, 2014:  Chimney Rock LLC, represented by Ken Robak and Erika Brooks of Pacific Coast Commercial, has sold 4 fully leased Single Tenant Industrial Buildings totaling 43,014 square feet located at 9410, 9446, 9447, 9448 Bond Avenue, El Cajon, CA 92021 (APN#’s 395-240-41-00, 395-240-51-00, 395-240-52-00) to Cameron Brothers Construction Co., LP.  The property was purchased for $5,000,000 cash. Escrow services were provided by Karen Hagen of First American and Title services were provided by Mark McDonald also of First American.

 

Chimney Rock, LLC the Seller was the original developer of the Industrial Project completed in 2006 known as Blossom Valley Business Park which consisted of 9 buildings.  The sale of these four building were the last of Chimney Rock’s holdings in the project.    Major tenants include Tube Specialties (TSCO Racing) leased 16,274 sf in 9446 Bond Ave for 60 months at $708,160 in mid-2014,  Custom Decal, Superior Kitchen and Bath and Shade Pro Inc.
