The Monro Capital Real Estate Fund LP has acquired a 57,729 SF Muti-Tenant Office Investment Building located at 6160 Mission Gorge Rd, San Diego, CA 92120 for $7,300,000. The building is 100% leased with 11 tenants.
The sellers, Mission Corporate Center LLC, were represented by Tommas Golia and Jason Vieira of Pacific Coast Commercial.
The buyer of the property, Monro Capital Real Estate Fund LP, represented themselves.
The Escrow and Title were both provided by Chicago Title.
The Mission Corporate Center offering an opportunity within the Grantville/Mission Gorge submarket of Central San Diego. The building is minutes from Mission Valley, Downtown San Diego and San Diego coastline. Within the recent landmark Navajo Community Plan approval, the Grantville community will see over 2,200 apartment units to come to the market providing a rare opportunity to be on the ground floor of the neighborhood revitalization. MCC traded above asking price as multiple offers were received and Monro Capital was chosen because of its ability to close and familiarity with the San Diego Market.
