On March 8, 2018, Growth 1031, Inc. a San Diego based 1031 Exchange Accommodator launched their company at Oxford Social club in the Pendry Hotel in Downtown San Diego. The event comprised of hundreds of guests ranging from members of City Council, the Mayor's Office, Commercial Real Estate, Federal Judiciary, and the legal and banking community.


Vince Provenzano, President of Brokerage at Pacific Coast Commercial was selected as one of the few keynote speakers to share his knowledge and expertise on the subject. Vince is a credible example of successfully guiding clients through a 1031 exchange, which permits investors to exchange one investment or business property for another while deferring the tax consequence.

Growth 1031 was launched by Lance Growth and Sasha Kamfiroozie, two amazing legal minds who decided to focus their talents in the 1031 exchange industry. The company is co-founded by lawyers that understand the complexities involved in successfully achieving a tax deferred exchange. Although the company does not provide legal advice, Growth 1031, Inc. has utilized their legal training to implement the highest ethical standards possible when facilitating clients 1031 exchange. 

Due to Lance Growth and Vince Provenzano’s prosperous professional relationship, Pacific Coast Commercial had the pleasure of welcoming Lance into the office for an informative exchange workshop. PCC Brokers extend their thanks to Lance for taking time out of his incredibly busy schedule to meet our team and look forward to working with Growth 1031 in their future deals and endeavors.

Growth 1031 is not only praised for their qualified intermediary skills, but also the commitment they have made to pledge a portion of their profits to The Collective Access.
