Luxury Fitness Line F45 Expanding in San Diego
F45 Training, a high-end franchised fitness center has inked
a deal in the heart of Little Italy. The +/-2,459 square foot retail space will
be situated in Suites C & D of the brand new 129-unit luxury apartment building,
AV8, at 2155 Kettner Boulevard. Erik Anderson of Pacific Coast Commercial
represented the F45 franchisee, Kloiber Fit, which is planning on opening
numerous additional locations in San Diego and beyond in the next 12-18 months.
The lease is valued at over $1.3 million
dollars.
The new mixed-use
project will be opening their collection of boutique apartments and penthouses
by April of 2018. The modern, waterfront living apartment complex is in San
Diego’s most walkable community, surrounded by various restaurants, breweries,
bars and community events. The high-class luxury complex receives praises for
their incredible amenities, which will now include F45.
Anderson, an Associate at Pacific Coast Commercial stated, “Kloiber
Fit is comprised of a group of
high-level business entrepreneurs, investors and owners with long-standing

training. I am excited to see the group add to the San Diego community by continuing
to open locations in great projects such as AV8”. The group is currently
seeking more Class-A, “AAA” location retail spaces in San Diego, Los Angeles,
the Bay Area and Texas to open more studios. Kloiber expects to unveil 8 more
studios in San Diego by 2019.
The Little Italy F45 Training marks the 3rd
location for Kloiber Fit in San Diego and the 6th Nationwide in the
last 12 months. Recently, Kloiber Fit had the grand opening for their North
Park location at the corner of North Park Way and 30th Street and
will be opening their Scripps Highlands location early next month.
