IREM's Annual Long Range Planning Meeting
Thursday, July 26, 2018 the San Diego Chapter of the
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) held its annual Long Range Planning
Meeting and dinner in Del Mar.

Fourteen
past residents of the local chapter met with current, local leadership and
national and regional leaders to discuss matters important to the
organization.
Earlier in the day, chapter representatives stopped by
the Pacific Coast Commercial offices to personally deliver to President Robert
Phillips, CPM®, a newly styled pin,
highlighting the AMO Designation awarded to Pacific Coast Commercial in
2010.
The AMO designation (Accredited
Management Organization) is awarded to companies that have a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) in an
executive position and they distinguish themselves in performance, credibility
and trust. PCC has three CPM's® in senior
positions - Robert Phillips, Cheri Crepeau and Mack Langston.
