Location, location, location! The magic word when it comes to retail space, but also incredibly important in office or medical space. What your office will look like, should not always after where are you going to work out of.

3.      Prestige:- Being located in the Central Business or Retail District leaves a very favorable impression, especially because it is located near business/offices/and medical centers.
4.      Infrastructure:- The infrastructure in the offices located in the Central Business District tend to be of slightly better quality.

As you can see office and medical location does matter, and retail is not the only property type that demands a good location for success because it will certainly have implications for specific businesses that are looking to bring in specific clients.
