At Pacific Coast Commercial, we assist the Right People to reach their full potential as Commercial Real Estate Professionals. Although we find internal training methods extremely effective, we also know it is important to venture beyond our doors and bring in external coaching professionals. This type of training brings new ideas, methods and opinions adding variation to the mix. Rather than sending team members to seminars, this process ensures the training is conclusive and parallel with our company culture and needs.

Lucas Barra of Radical Sales Coaching met with Pacific Coast Commercials Associates to create a customized plan with some of our team members. Barra's goal is to give entrepreneurs and sales professionals the outside accountability, insights, and fresh perspectives to take their careers and business to the next level.

Growth plans encourage our sales associates to identify areas they would like to improve on, with topics ranging from prioritization, managing their schedules effectively, adding value to their clients, prospects, and more. Through this activity our colleagues were able to relate to one another, offer advice about what works for them, and gain insight from our top producers.

Barra will continue to work with some of our team members to achieve their individual goals beyond the group discussion.
