Mack Langston Presented with IREM’s “Presidential Achievement Award”

Mack Langston CPM®, of the San Diego commercial property management company Pacific Coast Commercial, AMO®, was presented with the Presidential Achievement Award by the San Diego Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, In recognition of his extraordinary contributions to the Real Estate and the San Diego property management profession; outstanding service to the San Diego Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management through his service on the Executive Council, the Economic Forecast Committee, and various other committees; and his exceptional professionalism and leadership. 

The Chapter’s Presidential Achievement Award is awarded from time to time on behalf of the Chapter by the Executive Council.   The award is made to a Past President of the Chapter who has performed outstanding service to the real estate industry, specifically in the fields of asset and/or property management. 

Mr. Langston has been a CPM member since 1979, served on various committees, and served as chapter president in 2009.
