attended The Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego’s 2012 Dealmaker
Awards and Economic Summit on Thursday, March 29th.

Commercial’s very own Tommas Golia was awarded the Rookie of Year!
Tommas Golia is a 25 year
old native of San Diego with an intimate knowledge of the market and deep
rooted local relationships that allow him to achieve client objectives. After
graduating from the East Coast Williams College with a degree in Political
Economy, Tommas taught English in Hong Kong for one year before returning to
his home in Poway.
Specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial property throughout San Diego County with an emphasis in
Central San Diego, specifically the Mission Gorge & Grantville area. Tommas
is currently co-listing more than 450,000 sf of RBA and has assisted in the
leasing, sales & research effort of both a 356,000 + SF portfolio and a
160,000 + SF portfolio.
Tommas is actively
serving as the Vice President of the BNI – Power Partners Chapter, and has
been very involved in the San Diego chapter of the Special Olympics.
Tommas is very dedicated
to his career, very smart, and a quick learner which includes great respect for
our industry as well as all clients from 500 to 50,000 square feet, sites Vince

CRASD
recognizes San Diego brokers and brokerage teams who have completed significant
transactions in San Diego and other U.S markets. The committee judged the
nominations based upon the following: Transaction Complexity, Total Dollar
Consideration, Broker Creativity, Deal Points, Size in Square Footage/Acreage,
Obstacles and Challenges Overcome.
