Property Management Co in SD Grows with Several New Hires
Pacific Coast Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in the sale,
leasing, and property management of commercial real estate throughout San Diego
County, has been expanding with the addition of several new associates.
Within the past year, more than ten new professionals have come on board at Pacific Coast Commercial, including Vince Provenzano as director of brokerage services. Provenzano has more than 31 years of sales and leasing experience within San Diego County and specializes in business relationships involving the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Over the past 16 years, Provenzano was managing director of NAI San Diego, as well as president and broker at Award Commercial Properties.
Shirley Kanamu, broker, also moved over from NAI San Diego and brings with her more than 11 years of commercial real estate experience.
Another two additions from NAI San Diego were sales and leasing broker, Lee Suryani, and associate vice president of sales and leasing, Martin Alfaro. Suryani has more than eight years of real estate experience with four years of specializing in commercial retail and office sales and leasing. Alfaro started his career at Award Commercial Properties and has more than 13 years of commercial brokerage experience.
Lou Bulte has specialized in apartment and investment sales for the past 17 years, and has worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial, GVA IPC, Colliers International, and Marcus & Millichap.
Bo Gibbons, sales and leasing senior advisor, came from the Abbey Company and has more than nine years of commercial real estate experience.
Several sales and leasing associates have joined the firm as well, including Evan Wilson, who came from Seville Real Estate Services. Tommas Golia came from Southwest Value Partners and specializes in the sale and leasing of all commercial properties with a main focus on industrial. Kris Boehmer came from Award Commercial and has experience working with tenants and buyers of all property types.
In addition to the new brokers, Pacific Coast Commercial also added Sarah Ames-Waitt as its new director of marketing and office management.
