Pacific Coast Commercial Named IREM’s “Accredited Management Organization of the Year”

Renowned San Diego commercial property management company Pacific Coast Commercial, AMO®, was named “AMO® of the Year” by the San Diego Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. 

Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) is the mark of distinction among real estate management firms. AMO® is the only property management designation awarded to firms by the Institute of Real Estate Management and less than 800 firms in the United States and Canada have achieved it.  For over 60 years, these elite organizations have set the standards for excellence in real estate and asset management.  Pacific Coast Commercial, AMO®, met all the criteria for this prestigious “AMO® of the Year Award” from the San Diego Chapter.   The Chapter’s AMO® of the Year Award is awarded annually to the AMO® firm that best exemplifies professionalism and service to the property management industry and the community at large. 

Pacific Coast Commercial, AMO®, is one of San Diego’s leading providers of commercial real estate brokerage and commercial property management.  The award was presented to Robert Phillips, CPM®, President and CEO of Pacific Coast Commercial, AMO®.  Mr. Phillips received his CPM designation in 1985.
